My name is Chris Wurden
From early childhood struggles with nervous system overwhelm to a Professional Breathing Consultant and Resilience Coach, Chris Wurden has mastered the essential practices to expand the nervous system’s capacity. He passionately guides individuals to embrace the full intensity of life through their breath and nervous system, regardless of where they start.

I have completed over 1500 hours of training, guided over 1000 participants, lead hundreds of sessions, and practiced over 10,000 hours of mindfulness.
